Created and Renewed began as a middle school outlet to share DIY's and devotions, but was soon forgotten. Later, in High School years, my love grew for thrifting and being resourceful with secondhand things. Essentially, I loved finding ways to bring life to that which was seen as worthless or worn beyond repair. 

I didn't know it at the time, but it was a sweet parallel I would later recognize when trying to derive the 'why' for starting up a business. It wasn't until 2020 that I realized that I could begin a business with this passion. Even better, I could make a Christ-centered business in which I could put time and effort into my passions while giving attention and glory to God. 

Created and Renewed got its name and purpose from the redemption that Jesus offers each and every one of us. It is focused on the fact that we were Created by God, in His image. This means that we all have an immense purpose, every single person on this Earth was made to worship God and live for Him. Also, if we accept His gift of sacrificial love and forgiveness, we have been Renewed by Him and given a new heart that can grow to be aligned with His own. These are the values that my business is built upon, as well as my life. I believe that whatever I do, whether it be renew clothing or fabric or plants, it is all a parallel to what the Lord can do with us. He truly takes what the enemy means for evil and can turn it for good!
